The volume of direct government procurements will be reduced, and government purchases will be fully transitioned to competitive methods. State aid that has restrictive competition characteristics, including exclusive rights, privileges, preferences, and concessions, will be abolished.
By integrating the information systems of government agencies, digital monitoring of the entire chain of price formation for socially significant products will be implemented. A system for non-disclosure and rewarding of individuals who provide information about anti-competitive agreements and actions, as well as collusion situations, will be introduced.
