The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the Government of Uzbekistan have signed a $500 million agreement aimed at supporting the program of transition to a stable market economy.

On November 27, a number of newly appointed extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors of foreign states presented their credentials to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in Tashkent.

Uzbekistan will be chaired at this council by Saida Mirziyoyeva.

Since the beginning of the year, measures have been taken against more than 750 officials, and 400 thousand families in difficult situations remain in the focus of attention.
