To achieve this, a center for preparing for international science Olympiads will be established.
The number of encouraged international science Olympiads will be increased from 18 to 22.
In this regard, students who win a gold medal in a prestigious international Olympiad will be awarded 170 million soʻm, for a silver medal – 102 million soʻm, and for a bronze medal – 68 million soʻm.
At the same time, the teachers of these students will be rewarded with up to 50 million to 150 million soʻm, and they will be provided the opportunity to receive a 100 percent bonus within a year.
For the first time, a system of encouragement for the leaders of the teams who win at international science Olympiads will be introduced.
It was emphasized that it is necessary to ceremoniously welcome our children who win at international science Olympiads, honor them as heroes, and introduce them to our people.
This year, separate classes were organized for 10th and 11th graders interested in the teaching profession in 14 schools.
From the next academic year, this experiment will be implemented in another 60 schools, including 10 specialized schools.
In the future, students who graduate from these classes and enter higher education institutions in this field will be given the opportunity to return to school from their second year to enhance their professional skills. Talented students who teach classes will also be paid a monthly salary.
The President proposed establishing the Abdulla Avloniy scholarship for talented students studying in the field of pedagogy at higher education institutions.
