The Institute of Macroeconomic and Regional Research experts analyzed the average rental prices for housing in the city of Tashkent in November 2024.
In this period, the rental prices for averagely renovated residences decreased by 1.3 percent compared to October, while the average prices for fully renovated residences remained almost unchanged.
In November 2024, the average rental price for averagely renovated 1-room residences decreased by 0.9 percent compared to October, for 2-room residences by 1.3 percent, and for 4-room residences by 3.9 percent. However, the average rental price for 3-room residences saw a slight increase (by 0.8 percent).
Relatively cheap rental prices for averagely renovated residences:
Sergeli (1-room - 298 dollars, 2-room – 360 dollars, 3-room – 404 dollars, 4-room - 411 dollars);
Almazar (1-room – 330 dollars, 2-room – 364 dollars, 3-room – 463 dollars, 4-room – 479 dollars).
The most expensive rental prices:
Mirabad (1-room – 378 dollars, 2-room – 516 dollars, 3-room – 680 dollars, 4-room – 865 dollars);
Yakkasaray (1-room – 367 dollars, 2-room – 488 dollars, 3-room – 668 dollars, 4-room – 743 dollars).
In this period, rental prices for fully renovated 2-room (559 dollars) and 3-room (733 dollars) residences remained almost unchanged, while the rental prices for 1-room residences increased by 0.6 percent. The demand for 4-room residences being relatively low saw an average decrease in rental price by 0.9 percent.
The cheapest rental prices for fully renovated residences:
Sergeli (1-room – 331 dollars, 2-room – 410 dollars, 3-room – 509 dollars, 4-room – 587 dollars);
Uchtepa (1-room – 353 dollars, 2-room – 450 dollars, 3-room – 554 dollars, 4-room – 688 dollars).
The most expensive rental prices:
Mirabad (1-room – 479 dollars, 2-room – 718 dollars, 3-room – 984 dollars, 4-room – 1313 dollars);
Shaykhontohur (1-room – 520 dollars, 2-room – 730 dollars, 3-room – 1032 dollars, 4-room – 1258 dollars).
