In Jizzakh, the driver of a Matiz who fell asleep at the wheel was involved in a traffic accident and died.

On March 13 of the current year, at around 06:50 in the morning, a tragic road traffic accident occurred on the part of the M-39 road that passes through the Jizzakh region. The Traffic Safety Department reported this. 

According to preliminary information, the driver fell asleep at the wheel and drifted into the oncoming lane, colliding with a truck. 

As a result, he sustained serious injuries and died. 

Currently, an investigation into the incident is underway.
