The Ministry of Justice has identified, based on the rights holder's complaint, that the “Euro-2024” football competitions were made accessible to the public on the Telegram social network's “REAL FOOTBALL (LIVE)” channel without the permission of the rights holder or any other authorized person. The Ministry of Justice's press service reported this.
An administrative report has been formalized against the channel’s admin under Article 177(1) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and submitted to the relevant court.
According to the court's decision, a fine penalty was imposed on the violator.
