Reports about problems in sending payment orders through social networks have been spreading. The Tax Committee has  responded.

It has been reported that, in September, some commercial banks  moved to a new information system and did not  inform the Tax Committee about it. Due to changes being made by bank programmers to the new system, some payment orders were not executed.

Specifically, since the beginning of this month,  Tenge bank returned 413 out of 2,439 orders, and  Kapitalbank returned 740 out of 4,287 orders without executing them.
