Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov commented on Western pressure and Trump's statements. According to him, Russia not only endures sanctions but can also withstand new ones.
“Yesterday was the 50th day, before that 24 hours, and before that 100 days... we have gone through all of this,” — said Lavrov, responding to the threatening statements by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding Russia.
According to Lavrov, Russia's trade partners are not deterred by Trump's statements and are not planning to abandon their obligations.
Lavrov's statement came at a time when, against the backdrop of elections in the U.S., the topic of international pressure on Russia and possible sanctions has once again come to the forefront.
