In Tashkent, a man climbed out onto the window of a high-rise building in a naked state.

A video has spread on social networks showing a man in Tashkent standing in a naked state on the window part of a multi-story residential building.

According to the Press Service of the Tashkent City Police Department, the man descended to the window of a lower floor of his own house, where there was nobody else present. 

It is noted that due to a mental disorder, the citizen has been hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital. He did not go to someone else's house.
