A father living in the Shovot district of the Khorezm region gifted a two-room apartment from the newly constructed multi-story buildings in the district in lieu of paying the child support due for his two children until they reach the age of 18.
Based on the order of the Shovot inter-district civil court in the proceedings of the Civil Affairs at the Mandatory Execution Bureau under the Prosecutor General's Office, it was decided to collect child support from the debtor N.E. for the benefit of the claimant O.S., for his two minor children.
During a promotional event conducted with the debtor by the executor of the state from the Shovot district division of the Bureau, it was explained that, based on the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the procedure for pre-paying alimonies, as well as establishing a guarantee agreement for the obligation to pay alimony”, there is a possibility to prepay alimony for the maintenance of minor children.
The actions taken by the state executor, as well as the explanatory work, were successful, and through mutual agreement between the parties, the father officially transferred, in a notarized manner to his spouse, a two-room apartment from the newly constructed multi-story building located in the “Arbob” MCA of Shovot district, for the determined alimony payment until his children reach the age of 18.
