During the visit to the city of Kazan, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, was awarded the state award of the Republic of Tatarstan - the "Friendship" order. This was reported by the Presidential press service.
The high award was solemnly presented to the head of our state by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
Our President was awarded this order for his significant contribution to the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Tatarstan, strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples.
The leader of our country expressed his sincere gratitude to the leader of Tatarstan for the award, happily noted the high results achieved in mutual cooperation in recent years, and conveyed his best wishes to the people of Tatarstan.
