For the 2025-2026 academic year, applicants participating in the test exams can now download the “Applicant Permit”. The Assessment Agency of Knowledge and Skills officially announced this.
According to the agency, applicants can download the test entry permit through the site my.uzbmb.uz using their personal identification number, passport series, and number.
For this, it is necessary to enter the “Registration Page” section on the site and obtain the permit through a special button.
Also, it is possible to obtain the permit without entering the personal account.
For this, it is sufficient to enter the page my.uzbmb.uz/allow/bachelor-allow and input the Personal Identification Number and passport details.
However, only those applicants who arrive at the designated time with either an ID card or passport and the permit will be admitted to the test exams.
We remind you that the online registration of applicants for bachelor degree programs of state higher education institutions and professional education institutions for the 2025-26 academic year concluded on June 25th.
According to statistics, the number of applicants registered this year amounted to 732,411. This is considered the lowest figure in the last 7 years.
