Today, on November 6th, at 4:55 AM, a landslide of unstable rock and soil mixture, due to wetness from precipitation, was observed at the 238.5 kilometer mark of the A-373 highway passing through the "Qamchiq" pass area in the direction of "Valley - Tashkent". The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this.
The landslide fell into the ditch part of the road, not affecting the safety of movement.
There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
The landslide debris was cleared on site by the forces and means of "Qamchiqavtoyol" State Unitary Enterprise. The "Qamchiq" Special Search, Firefighting - Rescue Department and the Traffic Police squad took safety measures on the road.
"We ask drivers passing through the pass not to stop their vehicles in dangerous sections and to comply with warning and prohibitory signs", - the report says.
