The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Netherlands (with residence in Brussels) Gayrat Fozilov presented a copy of the credentials to Hans Akkerboom, the Director of the Department of Protocol and Host Country Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country.
The parties noted with satisfaction the evolving dynamics of bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and the Netherlands in the fields of political-diplomatic, inter-parliamentary, trade-economic, and investment areas.
The results of the latest round of political consultations held between the foreign affairs agencies of the two countries in Tashkent in April of this current year were positively evaluated, and the necessity to regularly conduct this mechanism was emphasized.
During the conversation, future plans in both bilateral and multilateral formats, as well as a schedule for upcoming meetings and events at various levels, were also discussed.
Hans Akkerboom confirmed that the Protocol Department of the embassy would provide comprehensive support, including strengthening the dialogue between Uzbekistan and the Netherlands.
