Subsidies will be allocated to the members of poor families for their inclusion as a share in the charter fund of agricultural cooperatives

“The President's decision on measures to ensure employment and reduce poverty by 2025” (PQ-12-number, 17.01.2025 y.) was adopted.

 According to the decision, solar photovoltaic stations with a capacity of 180–500 kW will be established on a cooperative basis in 300 difficult neighborhoods.

From April 1, 2025, to January 1, 2028, social tax rates, as well as income tax rates from individuals employed, will be set at 1 percent for newly established agricultural and medicinal plant cultivation and processing cooperatives.

Subsidies up to 10 times the minimum subsistence level will be allocated to the members of families included in the registry of poor families for their inclusion as a share in the charter fund of agricultural cooperatives.

A cluster of creative fields will be established based on the Tashkent College of Employee Management and Labor Protection by December 1, 2025.

Professional skills centers:

From February 1, 2025, a targeted training system for the unemployed population, including the members of poor families, will be implemented based on the demand of employers and the needs of commercial bank clients for professions that are in high demand in the labor market;

From March 1, 2025, a system for digital monitoring of the processes of vocational training and employment of the population will be implemented;

From April 1, 2025, study courses in 12 new professional fields will be organized.
