In the United Kingdom, 200 companies have moved to a four-day workweek. This was reported by zamon.uz here.
This is being called the standard of the future. According to experts, a reduced work schedule increases productivity, makes employees happier, and helps attract young professionals.
"The 5/2 schedule is outdated, it was conceived 100 years ago. A four-day workweek benefits everyone and allows people to live their lives more fully," says Joe Ryle, director of the 4 Day Week Foundation.
It is anticipated that within the next five years, the four-day workweek will become a common practice in the United Kingdom.
