Alisher Ahmadovich Tursunov has been put on the wanted list under part 1 of Article 244 prim 2 of the Criminal Code (establishing religious extremist, separatist, fundamentalist, or other prohibited organizations, leading them, or participating in them).
Alisher Tursunov, known under the pseudonym Mubashshir Ahmad, was previously the head of the Azon.uz publication. In addition, he was also engaged in blogging on religious issues on social media.
