By the relevant decree of our President, the Uzbek National Pedagogical University named after Nizami was established on the basis of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University.
In the university, for the 2025-2026 academic year, it is planned to establish a school of exact sciences based on foreign educational programs, accepting 400 students in the fields of Mathematics, Information Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.
In the school of exact sciences, professors and teachers will be selected to teach calculus, programming, physics, linear algebra, discrete mathematics, data structures and algorithms, artificial intelligence and robotics, and English, aiming for professional development at the University of Cambridge.
At the end of the course, professors and teachers who have obtained the qualification certificate from the University of Cambridge will start their work activities at the Uzbek National Pedagogical University named after Nizami from the 2025-2026 academic year.
The primary requirements for professors and teachers participating in the competition are:
– having a PhD or Doctor of Science (DSc);
– having more than 5 years of teaching experience;
– proficiency in English at B2 level (language proficiency certificate);
– having published articles in Scopus, Web of Science international scientific journals, and other high-index scientific journals;
– involvement in various grants and projects in their field of expertise.
