The Israeli government, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and the country's security services have allowed humanitarian aid to be delivered to the Gaza sector through private companies. This assistance will be carried out under strict supervision and in stages.

According to the Israeli Ministry of Defense, the shipments will undergo full inspection before entering Gaza. Payment for goods will be made exclusively through banks under Israeli supervision.

At the end of July, more than 100 charitable organizations warned of the emergence of famine in Gaza. Israel, however, claims that the UN is not distributing aid and that shipments are piling up in warehouses.

So far, Germany and other countries that have airdropped aid are attempting to defend this method against critics.
