According to clinical psychologist Ehab Yusuf, today's twenty-somethings are experiencing severe mental strain due to pressures from work, financial difficulties, personal relationships, and the complexities of social networks.

51 percent of survey participants (aged 18–44) reported a high level of stress, while this indicator was 37 percent among members of the older generation. Among the overall factors, financial problems (30 percent), the political climate (26 percent), and work pressure (25 percent) were leading.

Furthermore, a third of the respondents predicted that 2026 would be the toughest year of their lives. However, 42 percent of participants expressed hope that the current year would be better than the last.
