The Central Bank will mint the "35th Anniversary of Independence" commemorative gold coin until September 1, 2026.

A presidential decree was adopted aimed at appropriately celebrating the 35th anniversary of state independence in Uzbekistan.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev According to the document signed by Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the festive events will be organized based on the main idea of "A Single Homeland, a Single People, we build a new life and future!". A republican commission has been established to coordinate preparation and execution activities, and it will be headed by Abdulla Aripov.

According to the decision, the "Independence Festival", spiritual-educational events and social projects will be held across the republic during the months of April–September. Furthermore, renowned artists will be invited to the main festive program in Tashkent, and the opening of new industrial, educational, cultural, and sports facilities is planned.

In addition, a design for the symbolic monument "Patriots of the Homeland" will be developed, the book-album "Independence Chronicle" will be prepared, cultural events with the participation of diaspora representatives will be organized. The Central Bank will mint a commemorative gold coin dedicated to the 35th anniversary of independence.
