US President Donald Trump, in his address from the White House, accused China of attempting to interfere in the 2020 presidential election.

It has been reported that the incident occurred today, July 16, at around 03:30 local time, at a children's home located in the municipality of Mohammedia, east of the capital Algiers.

Regarding this situation, a criminal case has been initiated by the Investigation Department under the Department for Coordinating the Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies of the Uchtepa District on the grounds of Article 110 of the Criminal Code (torture).
