As of January 1, 2026, 161 cultural and recreational parks are operating in Uzbekistan. The National Statistics Committee reported this.
It was noted that the number of parks increased by 25 compared to 2024. Their total area amounted to 1.8 thousand hectares.
During 2025, cultural and recreational parks were visited 27 million times. This is 3.2 million more than in 2024.
In terms of the number of visits, Tashkent city leads — 14.5 million visits to 29 parks in the capital were recorded. Next are Namangan region — with 9.2 million, and Bukhara region — with 631 thousand visits.
The fewest visits were observed in Syrdarya (34 thousand) and Tashkent (16.7 thousand) regions.
