A call to collect money for a reward for the person who killed US President Donald Trump was aired on Iran's state-owned "Qaran TV" television channel. The "JFeed" publication reported this.

According to reports, the broadcast was shown on August 15. The program's host, Maryam Qasimi, asked viewers how much money they were ready to allocate for the reward for the person who killed Trump.

During the broadcast, Qasimi also expressed her desire for Trump's death and hoped that the "honor" of killing him would befall her.

The host called on viewers to increase the reward amount, asking them to say how much money they were ready to give to Trump's killer.

"We want to ask our viewers how much reward you would give to Trump's killer. Give real numbers. I think this should be a very large reward," she said.

According to the broadcast, 81 million toman, or 810 million Iranian rials, had been collected by that time for the reward for the person who killed Trump. Later, a citizen who introduced himself as a doctor added additional funds, bringing the total amount to 100 million toman. The initially collected 810 million rials was equivalent to approximately 435 US dollars.

Also, Qasimi said on air that the general wish of the Iranian people is to announce the news of Trump's death.

It should be noted that this call was aired on the television channel, and the report does not contain information that would serve as a basis to assess it as an official decision of the Iranian government or state policy.
