Starting with the President, the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers, governors, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Business Ombudsman – all leaders have been in constant dialogue with entrepreneurs throughout the year. This was reported by the President's press service  .

More than 700 issues, initiatives, and new projects raised by entrepreneurs were supported, and an additional 8 trillion soms were allocated. 18 trillion soms were directed towards the development of industry, agriculture, services, and the entrepreneurial infrastructure.

The most important thing – a new system was implemented to support projects ranging from micro-projects in neighborhoods to mega-projects.

Previously, due to constant "checks and balances", problems with obtaining credit, finding markets, infrastructure issues, 60% of new entrepreneurs would cease operations within the first year.

Now, however, enterprises operating for more than three years account for 76% of the total, reaching 300,000 for the first time. There are also more than 100,000 such individual entrepreneurs.

This year alone, entrepreneurs' turnover increased by 25% compared to last year, reaching 986 trillion soms  .

The count of medium-sized businesses with annual turnovers from 10 billion to 100 billion soms has doubled.

Large enterprises with turnovers exceeding 100 billion soms have risen to over 2,200. This is also double the amount compared to last year.

As a result of the tax, bank, finance, and the entire economy complex starting to work on a "neighborhood-based" and "customer-based" approach, 16,000 companies that were previously operating at a loss turned a profit of 6.5 trillion soms in half a year.

Today, companies with more than 100 employees are nearing 3,000, with job opportunities increasing by 440,000 in a year.

Workers in the private sector earning more than 5 million soms have exceeded 1 million. Of these, 370,000 earn more than 10 million soms a month.

This indicates that our entrepreneurs find legal activities and healthy competition more beneficial than operating in the "shadows".

In the entrepreneurship rating, companies falling into the “A” and “B” – good categories increased by 91,000, while another 170,000 companies were removed from the “D” – worst category. As a result, tax inspections decreased by half compared to last year, including chamber inspections which decreased by three times.

During this period, revenues from major taxpayers increased by 10%, revenues from regional enterprises increased by 25%, and taxes paid by district entrepreneurs increased by 40%.

As our President emphasized, the belief that "if you inspect – they fear, if they fear – they pay taxes" does not guide our work anymore, especially tax officials have come to understand this.

In short, officials were trained to communicate with entrepreneurs, leading to a fundamental shift in improving the business environment.

In six months, the volume of direct foreign investment doubled compared to last year, reaching 14 billion dollars.

This indicates that investors' confidence in doing business in Uzbekistan is growing.
