On September 17, 2024, at 03:15, a road traffic accident occurred at the 1463rd kilometer of the M41 highway passing through the territory of "Shabnam" MFC, Sariosiyo district.
According to the Information Service of the Regional Traffic Safety Department, a citizen born in 2004, who did not have a driver's license, driving a “Nexia-2” along the “Denov-Sariosiyo” route, collided with a “VAZ-2107” driven by a driver also born in 2005 and without a driver's license, coming from the opposite lane and caused a traffic accident.
According to initial information obtained from the accident scene, 3 passengers (the driver's classmates) in the "VAZ-2107" died, and the remaining passengers in both vehicles sustained bodily injuries and sought medical attention at the district Medical Association.
The Sariosiyo district Department of Internal Affairs Investigation Team is currently opening a criminal case and conducting investigative actions regarding the situation.
