Another case of dumping trash in undesignated areas was identified in the Khorezm region.
In particular, citizens S.U., A.M., A.B., A.A., I.M., S.M., Kh.B., Sh.I., Kh.Sh., Y.I., M.U., V.B., B.D. dumped trash in an undesignated area within the Sangar MCA region of Khiva city. Additionally, in the Gulistan MCA of Khiva city, A.A. and A.Sh., and on the "Sanatçilar" street of Urgench city, A.A. committed the same violation.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against them according to the relevant articles of the Administrative Code. Violators were fined 1 BHM — 340,000 UZS. Moreover, A.A. who dumped trash in Urgench city and A.A. who dumped trash in Khiva city were fined 2 BHM — 680,000 UZS and 3 BHM — 1 million 20 thousand UZS, respectively.
