“The Presidential Decree on measures to implement modern services by the Treasury Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the non-budgetary Pension Fund (PF-105, 26.06.2025)” was adopted. The Ministry of Justice reported this.
According to the decree, the main directions and goals of implementing modern services in pension and treasury activities were defined, including:
- organizing compact service offices in regions through digitalization and automation of treasury and pension provision systems;
- achieving the transition of services provided to citizens to fully electronic and proactive formats.
According to the decree, from July 1, 2026, the Digital Treasury system will be implemented through the automation of processes in the treasury system.
From December 1, 2026, in the pension system through the automation of the following processes:
- the “My Pension” online service for the preliminary determination of pension amounts based on the electronic information about citizens' existing work experience and salaries will be implemented;
- all services related to pension provision will be fully transitioned to proactive, electronic, and interactive formats.
