The Law signed by the President (Law No. ЎРҚ-978, dated 21.10.2024) introduces amendments and additions to certain legislative acts.
According to the Law, changes are being made to the Criminal Code and the Code on Administrative Responsibility for the responsibility of committing domestic violence against children.
Furthermore, the Criminal Procedure Code stipulates that a reconciliation petition related to domestic violence cases can only be submitted during the trial phase.
The Law will come into force from the day it is officially published.
