The demand for capital and its value in the global financial market are increasing, and the conditions for granting long-term and “green” credits to developing countries are becoming more complicated.

From this point of view, the necessity to implement financial instruments, activate the Turkic Investment Fund, and establish the Turkic Development Bank was stressed.

Moreover, the importance of attracting international financial institutions and foreign investment companies to regional projects of significance was emphasized. In this context, the proposal to organize the Turkic Investment Forum and hold its first meeting in Uzbekistan was made.
