Reports about the disruption of movement at the "Uzbekistan" station spread on social media.
“Tashkent Metro” JSC officially reports that today at 08:48 да "Uzbekistan" station witnessed a technical malfunction. To ensure safety, the train driver evacuated all passengers to the station. The movement was diverted to the inspection track for the purpose of identifying and rectifying the malfunction. Then, after a lapse of 3 minutes, the subsequent train picked up the passengers from the station and transported them to their destinations.
Currently, the trains on this route are operating according to the scheduled timetable.
