Today, on December 23rd, the access to YouTube in Russia has decreased by 20 percent. This was reported by Ixbt here.

It is reported that the traffic volume of the video hosting has dropped to 20 percent of the normal state. Google's monitoring service has shown 8.5 points for traffic coming from the Russian Federation, with 4/5 of the population unable to access the site.

Many people have equated this slowdown of YouTube to a blockade.
