Narcotic substances brought from neighboring countries were intercepted. Law enforcement agencies reported this to darakchi.uz.
In the fight against the illegal circulation of narcotic substances, law enforcement officers conducted prompt operations in various locations, during which a total of 16.4 kg of narcotic drugs were seized.
In particular, in the territory of the Samarkand district of the Samarkand region, a “Nexia” model car was stopped for inspection, and it was found that a passenger, resident of Pakhtachi district, born in 1981, E.M., was transporting 7 kg 230 gr. “hashish” and 1 kg 289 gr. “methamphetamine” narcotic substances, which were seized in accordance with procedure.
During the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that they were sent by Afghan drug dealers.
In another case observed in the Urgut district of the region, previously convicted citizens, born in 1986, F.H. and born in 1999, Sh.A., were caught selling 921 gr.“opium” substance smuggled from the Republic of Tajikistan to a buyer for 12 thousand US dollars in a substantive evidence.
Similar crimes were also recorded in the Namangan region, including, residents of Namangan city, born in 1995, Sh.Yu. and A.Yu., as well as born in 1994, Sh.Q., were caught red-handed when they retrieved 3 kg 50 gr. “hashish” hidden in a field in the Chust district by Tajik drug dealers.
In another case, a “Lacetti” model car moving in the “Namangan-Andijan” direction was stopped and inspected in the territory of the Norin district, where it was discovered that a passenger, resident of Asaka district, born in 1989, previously convicted F.H., was found to be carrying 1 kg 911 gr. “hashish” substance, which was seized in proper order.
During the pre-investigation check, it was found that this deadly poison had been smuggled from the Kyrgyz Republic into the Uchqo‘rg‘on district of Namangan region by circumventing routes.
In a case recorded in Surkhandarya region, a resident of Denov district, born in 1990, previously convicted B.B., was caught while selling 2 kg 16 gr. “opium” substance smuggled from the Republic of Tajikistan for 10 thousand US dollars.
Currently, criminal cases have been initiated against the individuals involved in these incidents under Articles 246 and 273 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are underway.
