After waiting for 6 hours, a citizen demonstrated his dissatisfaction by showing his torn shoes, complaining about the gas station being closed just when his turn came. This incident was widely shared on social media.

Following the incident at the "Morotrans" LLC gas station located at 2, Oltintopgan Street, Bektemir district of Tashkent city on December 23, 2024, it was revealed that citizen Gh.Dustov was imprisoned for 15 days.

According to the court document examined by darakchi.uz, citizen Gh.Dustov was accused of verbally insulting the gas station employees and causing a scene due to the station being closed while he was waiting in line. He expressed remorse for his actions and promised that such an incident would not happen again, asking the court for leniency.

The chairman of the Bektemir district court on criminal cases, D.A.Dadakhanov, in his decision dated December 26, found Gh.Dustov guilty of committing an offense envisaged by Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (minor hooliganism).

He was sentenced to 15 (fifteen) days of administrative detention.

Additionally, Gh.Dustov was fined to cover the expenses related to the maintenance of detainees in the special detention center of the Tashkent city Police Department for Administrative Affairs, amounting to 15 percent of the base calculation amount for each day of administrative detention, totaling 843,750 Uzbek som.
