In 2025, it is planned to transmit 76 billion 100 million kilowatt-hours of electricity through the main electricity networks in Uzbekistan. This was announced on January 16 during a briefing held at the Information and Mass Communications Agency by Mahfuza Suvonova, the deputy head of the board of the “Uzbekistan National Electric Networks” joint-stock company informed.

It was emphasized that in 2025, it is planned to transmit 76 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity, reduce electricity consumption, and launch new electric transmission networks and substations.

Furthermore, in 2025, it is expected to connect 4 solar power stations with a capacity of 1350 megawatts and 1 wind power station with a capacity of 100 megawatts to the network.
