Kazakhstan – The "Alimbet" and "Sirim" border control points located at the Russia border will temporarily close.

According to the Ministry of Transportation, the "Alimbet" and "Sirim" border control points located in the West Kazakhstan and Aktobe regions are planned to temporarily close due to reconstruction works.

These border control points will be closed for a duration of 16 months starting from February 1, 2025.
