It was revealed during the inspection that AI-92 branded gasoline was used improperly.
Measures have been taken against an LLC in Jizzakh region for selling poor-quality petroleum products to the population. This was reported by the Information Service of the Inspection for the Control of Electricity, Petroleum Products, and Gas Usage.
It was noted that samples of AI-92 branded gasoline sold by a gas station belonging to “A.O.” LLC located in the Zomin district, were taken by the Jizzakh regional administration and analyzed in a laboratory, where it was found to be substandard (of poor quality) and not meeting the requirements of the state standard.
As a result of this violation, an economic sanction amounting to 50 percent of the value of the sold gasoline (39.1 million UZS) was applied based on Article 43 of Law No. 940 of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Instructions were given regarding the gas station that committed this violation to not sell the remaining poor-quality petroleum products and to restore their quality.
