During the operational investigative activities carried out by law enforcement agencies, it was discovered that M.M., born in 1986, and H.H., born in 1997, residents of the Qibray district of Tashkent region, in collaboration with A.K., a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, engaged in the illegal transportation and sale of AI-92 branded gasoline from the neighboring country into our country's territory. They carried out this illegal activity by installing a hose inside a pipe approximately 300 meters long, running underground from the territory of the Saryagash district of the Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the territory of the Qibray district of Tashkent region.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against these individuals, and investigative actions are being taken.
The law enforcement agencies of the neighboring state have been informed about the measures to be taken against A.K., a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
