The Senate's third plenary session adopted a law to improve the registration of citizens by their place of residence and stay was adopted.
Now, the existing registration requirements will be abolished, and the "E-xabar berish" (E-notification) system will be introduced. Through it, the registration and accounting of citizens will be carried out electronically.
The period citizens can live without registration is reduced from 15 days to 10 working days. In addition, the liability for violating passport system rules is mitigated, and individuals under the age of 18 and over 60 are exempted from punishment
