The governor of Andijan district, Boburjon Yuldashev, has announced the launch of the "Enlightened Mother" reading competition for mothers between the ages of 20 and 45, on his initiative.  This was reported by the district administration's press service. 

It was announced that three first-place winners will receive a voucher for six months of electricity, gas, drinking water, and other types of utility bills. 

Three second-place winners will receive a four-month utility bill voucher

Three third-place winners will be given a two-month utility bill voucher.
