In 2006, citizen S.T. inflicted life-threatening bodily injuries on citizen A.A., born in 2000, by striking them with a sharp-edged object in the right rear and facial areas. causing severe injuries. 

The life of the victim was saved by the efforts of medical professionals. 

Because citizen A.A. fled the scene of the incident, S.T. was unable to complete their criminal actions and hid in an unknown direction from the scene of the incident. 

This case was heard in the Margilan city court under the Criminal Law. 

According to the court's decision, the defendant was found guilty under Article 97, Section 2, "d", through Article 25 of the Criminal Code, and in application of Article 57, was sentenced to 11 years in prison, while the remaining two defendants were each sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment.
