The Law (No. ЎРҚ-1057, dated 17.04.2025) introduced amendments and additions to certain legislative documents here.
According to the Law, amendments and additions to the legislative documents have granted the National Agency for Perspective Projects the authority to regulate the capital market, the insurance market, and organize lotteries.
The Law introduces requirements for the business reputation of the management and owners of insurance organizations into the “Law on Insurance Activities”.
Furthermore, according to the amendments made to legislative documents, the organization of lotteries, bookmaking, and risk-based games on the Internet information network are included in the list of activities that require licensing.
The Law will come into force from the day it is officially published.
