President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized that Russia is not just a regional neighbor for Uzbekistan, but a strategic partner and ally that has stood the test of time.

The head of state announced that over the past ten years, the volume of trade between the two countries has increased from 4 billion dollars to 13 billion dollars. 

It was also noted that the portfolio of joint projects with Russia exceeds 50 billion dollars, the value of interregional projects has reached 5 billion dollars, and an investment package of the same amount is being prepared.
