A fine was imposed on performer Jaloliddin Ahmadaliyev for violating copyright. The Ministry of Justice reported this.

It was noted that the Ministry found that the poems "Yurak" (Heart), "You Called Me by My Name, Mother," "Don't Hide Your Eyes from Me," and "I Left Everything to God," which belong to author Shokhrukh Abduvohidov, were used by performer Jaloliddin Ahmadaliyev without the copyright holder's permission and without concluding the appropriate agreement.

Regarding the violation, an administrative offense report was formalized under Article 177-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Violation of Copyright and Related Rights) and submitted to the relevant court. According to the decision of the Dangara District Court of the Fergana Region on Criminal Cases, a fine was imposed on the violator under the first part of Article 177-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

For reference, in accordance with the law, the copyright holder has the right to demand compensation from the violator ranging from 20 to 1000 times the base calculation amount instead of recovering damages.
