According to the President's resolution "On measures to support healthcare and pharmaceutical workers," a number of new privileges aimed at materially and socially incentivizing sector workers were introduced.
According to the resolution, starting from January 1, 2026:
For children of healthcare and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of work experience, 30 percent of the annual contract tuition fee for undergraduate programs at higher education institutions, but not exceeding 15 times the base calculation amount, will be covered by the state;
500 healthcare workers with at least 15 years of work experience in state medical institutions will be provided with housing, and 25 percent of the initial payment for a home purchased on a mortgage basis will be covered by the state;
Doctors who implement a new treatment method at the district and city level and achieve a positive result will be awarded a one-time cash prize equivalent to 50 times the BHM.
The resolution aims to properly value the work of sector personnel, support them, and increase motivation within the healthcare system.
