At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in our country on an official visit. The high-ranking guest was welcomed at the Bukhara International Airport by the head of state.
The official welcoming ceremony began with national songs and dances. The flags of the two states — Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan — were raised, an honor guard lined up, and the national anthems were performed by a military orchestra.
Today, the leaders will hold bilateral negotiations. It is also planned for the guest to visit historical monuments of Bukhara, familiarize himself with the activities of industrial enterprises, and participate in other events.
