Shavkat Mirziyoyev familiarized himself with proposals to further improve the business environment and reduce existing administrative barriers.
The presentation raised the issue of abolishing the practice of regarding information about the name and type of activity of an enterprise located in a building as advertising. It was also proposed to cancel the requirement for a separate passport in such cases.
It was noted that the current procedure in some cases creates additional administrative burdens for entrepreneurs and also negatively affects the operations of trade and service points.
The President emphasized the need not to regard such information as advertising and to simplify the procedures.
Furthermore, it was proposed to gradually introduce design requirements for the placement of advertising and information signs in the future, as well as to ease the procedure for placing trademarks on vehicles owned by legal entities.
