A 17-year-old teenager drowned in a canal in Chirchiq city of Tashkent region. This was reported in the “Millar” program here. 

It is reported that on July 27 of this year, the Tashkent Region Emergency Department received a report that a 17-year-old boy had drowned while swimming in a certain part of the Bozsuv canal. Based on the report, rescuers immediately went to the location. Search and rescue operations are currently ongoing.

“My child has been missing for 6 days. He was studying at a sports school in Chirchiq city. I am from Olmaliq city. His coaches went out with 3-4 kids. Why would he take my child without asking me and allow him to swim in a prohibited area? I request that more personnel be assigned to search for my son, please,” says the boy's mother.
