A video circulating on social networks showing citizens resisting law enforcement officers in Tashkent has sparked various discussions. The capital's Main Department of Internal Affairs has commented on this situation.

On August 5 of this year, around 21:30, two intoxicated citizens violated public order and disturbed the peace of residents on Chinobod Street in Yunusabad district. Special services were notified about their violations. A preventive inspector and a patrol officer serving in the area promptly arrived at the scene and attempted to detain these individuals.

However, the citizens refused to comply with the lawful demands of the officers, actively resisted them, and attempted to flee the scene. As a result of the measures taken, the citizens were apprehended by the preventive inspector and patrol officer and taken to the local Department of Internal Affairs.

Regarding this incident, documents were formalized against them under Articles 183, 194, and 195 of the Administrative Responsibility Code, and the case was forwarded to the Yunusabad District Court for Criminal Affairs.
