A video showing the aftermath of a train hitting a Lacetti in Surxondaryo which resulted in the death of the Lacetti driver at the scene has been leaked on social media. The Surxondaryo region Traffic Police Department's press service commented on this incident.
On August 6 of this year, around 12:40, in the Qumqo'rg'on district of Surxondaryo region, a driver born in 2000 was driving a Lacetti car and continued his journey despite the red light at the railroad crossing between “Qumqo'rg'on-Elbayon” train stations. At that time, the car collided with the “Sarioiyo-Termez” passenger train.
As a result of this traffic collision, the driver died at the scene due to the injuries sustained.
The investigative group of the Qumqo'rg'on district Police Department is conducting preliminary investigation on the case.
